2. Products
Halden Life products are food supplements as defined under EU Directive 2002/46/EC. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label before use.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Contents, labelling and packaging may vary slightly between production batches.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR, €) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
4. Ordering
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The delivery address you provided is accurate
- You have read and agree to these terms
An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud or an error in the product listing.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping
We offer free shipping across Europe. Estimated delivery times and further details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Full details, including how to exercise this right, are set out in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food supplement products for hygiene and consumer safety reasons, unless the product is defective or not as described.
8. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you. Your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law are not affected by these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Valtiran Marketing Limited's liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of Halden Life products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of Halden Life products or this website.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding and product names, is the property of Valtiran Marketing Limited and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
As an EU consumer you also have access to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published at haldenlife.com/terms.html. Continued use of the website or placing an order after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
