Free EU shipping

Halden Life offers free shipping on all orders across Europe. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.

Dispatch times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification by email when your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays or carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. Not all shipping methods include tracking at this time.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For shipments to non-EU countries, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
